2014-11-20 Bob - As of 2014-11-20 This is the master file (sde.SDE.FutureLandUsePlan_20140904) I found others with newer dates but MapOptics looks at this file. 2015-07-16 Bob - Found parcel at the SW corner of I-10 and Sjolander had been modified with no paperwork and I returned it to original state. 2016-10-19 Bob - Modified Parcel at 9300 Needlepoint to reflect change of FLUP area to industrial use (Ord 12982)
2017-02-22 Chris - Modified the Bayway Drive Corridor FLUP Designations. Changed Low - Medium Density Residential to Commercial Corridor on both sides of Bayway Drive from the Commercial Node designation to the road's intersection with Shreck Street. Changed the Low-Med Density Res. to Commercial Corridor on the east side of Shreck Street to the bend in Bayway Drive. Expanded the Industrial Buffer designation towards the Bayway Drive but stopping the designation on the northern boundary of Park Street.
